Wire Instructions

In order to obtain access, a signed Wire Agreement is required on file with AdelFi. Please see below for how to access and submit the agreement.
  1. Download the Wire Transfer Agreement here.
  2. Review the agreement. Complete and sign the Acceptance form.
  3. Mail completed form to:
