Your New Digital Banking Experience Arrives Late August 2026!

• Original Christian Community Credit Union members from before 1/1/26.
• New members who opened accounts after 1/1/26.
If you’re an original AdelFi member before 1/1/26, your current digital banking experience will stay the same.

Coming Late August 2026!

What You’ll Need To Do Before Launch

Complete these steps no later than August 19, 2026:

  1. Log in to Online Banking or the mobile app.
  2. Go to My Settings.
    • Desktop: Select My Settings in the upper-right corner.
    • Mobile: Tap the gear icon, then select My Settings.
  3. Confirm your primary email address and phone number are up to date.
  4. Record your username from the Login & Security section.
  5. We also recommend making note of your:
    • Member number
    • Connected external account(s)
    • Scheduled recurring transfer(s)

Also, before August 20 at 2 p.m. PT:

  • Complete any needed Zelle® transactions. Zelle will be unavailable from Aug. 20 at 2 p.m. PT through Aug. 25. In-process payments will continue to settle.

Key Dates & Important Information

Loan Payments from External Account

  • If you make loan payments from an external account, payments will be unavailable in digital banking from 8/18/26–8/25/26.
  • Need to make a payment during the downtime? Call 800.347.2228—our agents are available 24/7 to assist you.
  • Loan payments from an AdelFi (formerly CCCU) account are not impacted.
  • The $14.50 convenience fee will be waived during this period.

Bill Pay

  • Bill Pay will be unavailable from 8/25/26–9/2/26.
  • Before 8/25/26, make note of your payees, payment dates, payment amounts, and recurring payment details. 
  • Payments scheduled by 8/24/26—including future-dated and recurring payment—will continue to be processed.
  • From 8/25/26-9/2/26, you won’t be able to view Bill Pay activity, add recipients, or edit payments.

External Transfers

  • Setting up new external transfers will not be available during the transition period beginning 8/20/26 – 8/24/26.
  • Existing transfers established before 8/20/26 will continue to process as scheduled.
  • Starting 8/25/26, you can reconnect your external accounts in the new platform. Your existing external account links will not transfer automatically.

Zelle®

  • Zelle® will be unavailable 8/20/26 at 2 p.m. PT through 8/25/26.
  • Complete Zelle transactions before 8/20/26 at 2 p.m. PT
  • In-process payments will continue to settle.
  • After launch: Re-register for Zelle® and re-add recipients. Zelle® may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Account Nicknames

  • Custom account nicknames created through the self-service tool will not transfer and will need to be recreated once you’re set-up in the new platform.

Who is affected by the digital banking upgrade?

This upgrade applies to:

• Original Christian Community Credit Union members from before 1/1/26.

• New members who opened accounts after 1/1/26.

If you’re an original AdelFi member from before 1/1/26, your current digital banking experience will stay the same.

Why are you upgrading digital banking?

We’re upgrading our digital banking platform to provide a more modern, secure, and user-friendly experience with enhanced tools and improved functionality.

When is the upgrade happening?

Our upgraded digital banking experience will launch late August 2026.

Will my accounts or funds be affected?

No—your accounts will not be impacted. You can continue banking as usual.

Is the new platform secure?

Yes. Digital banking experience will remain secure.

Will my username/Login ID change?

No, you will convert with your existing username/login ID

What should I expect the first time I sign into Online or Mobile Banking?

We will be sure to keep you updated on that process as we get closer to our launch date.

Will there still be separate login sections for consumer and corporate users?

No, everyone will access online banking from the same page

Can I still access my transaction history and statements?

You can access up to 18 months worth of transaction history and up to 2 years worth of statements.

Can I still access my cards online?

Yes, you will have access to your cards online.

Can I apply additional accounts within Online banking?

Yes, you will be able to apply for new accounts within online banking.

Will I need to re-enable alerts, biometric login, or mobile wallet connections?

Yes, once you log in you will want to re-enable alerts and setup your biometric login (passcode/face ID).

Will I still be able to use Zelle® after the new digital banking platform launches?

Yes. You can continue using Zelle on updated digital banking platform. You will need to re-register for Zelle after you first log in to the new platform.



When will Zelle® be unavailable due to the transition?

Zelle® will be unavailable beginning August 20 at 2:00 p.m. PT through August 25, 2026, while we transition to our new digital banking platform.

What should I do before Zelle® becomes unavailable?



If you anticipate needing to send or receive money through Zelle®, complete those transactions before August 20 at 2:00 p.m. PT.



Will my scheduled or pending Zelle® transactions transfer?

Zelle® will be unavailable from August 20 through August 25, 2026. However, any pending payments will continue to process during this downtime.



Can I send or receive Zelle® payments during the downtime?

No. You will not be able to send or receive new Zelle® payments during the transition.



How can I send money while Zelle® is unavailable?

If you need to send funds during the downtime, you can initiate a Domestic Wire Transfer within digital banking under Transfer & Pay. Fee will be waived.



What should I do before the new digital banking platform launches?

We recommend making note of your current Zelle recipients so you can easily add them again after you register for Zelle on the updated platform.



I had Zelle® before with CCCU, do I need to to re-enroll?

Yes. After you log in to the updated digital banking experience for the first time, you’ll need to re-register for Zelle®.



I had Zelle® before with CCCU, do I need to set up my contacts/recipients again?

Yes. You’ll need to re-add your existing Zelle® recipients after registering for Zelle® on the updated platform.



Will Zelle® be available immediately when I log in to the new platform?

Zelle® may take up to 24 hours to appear in your new digital banking experience. While we don’t expect an interruption, a brief delay is possible.

How long will it take to set up Zelle® again?

Re-registering for Zelle® and adding your recipients should only take a few extra minutes.



What if I don’t see Zelle® when I first log in?

While we don’t expect an interruption after launch, Zelle® may take up to 24 hours to appear in your new digital banking experience. If you don’t see it immediately, check again later.



When should I re-register for Zelle®?

After you log in to the updated digital banking experience for the first time, re-register for Zelle® and add your recipients.



Where do I find Zelle® in the updated digital banking experience?

Once enrolled in the updated system, you can access Zelle® by selecting Move Money> Send Money with Zelle®



What happens to my Zelle® transaction history?

Previous Zelle® transaction activity will not be available in the updated platform. However, you can continue to view all account activity up to two years within the account history for each account.



Will I lose access to my bill pay?

Yes, temporarily. Bill Pay will not be available from 8/25/26 – 9/2/26 due to the transition to the new and improved digital banking experience. We appreciate your patience.

I setup bill pay payees, will I lose access to those?

No, we will be sure to carry your payees over. Please note that from 8/25/26-9/2/26, Bill Pay activity, new recipients, and payment edits will be temporarily unavailable.

I setup recurring bill payments, will those still process?

Yes, we will be converting your recurring payment series. Additional communication will be sent in the coming days as we get closer to launch.

I setup future dated bill payments, will those still process?

Yes, any schedule payments before 8/24/26, including any future-dated and recurring payment will continue to be processed.

I have recurring transfers, will those continue to process?

Yes, we will be converting your recurring transfer series. Additional communication will be sent in the coming days as we get closer to launch.

I have recurring external transfers, will those continue to process?

No, you will need to setup your external accounts and recurring transfers in the new system.

Setting up new external transfers will not be available during the transition period beginning 8/20/26 – 8/24/26. However, any existing transfers established before 8/20/26 will continue to process as scheduled.

Will I be able to set up new external transfers during the transition period?

No, setting up new external transfers will not be available during the transition period beginning 8/20/26 – 8/24/26.

I can still submit wires online, right?

Yes, we will continue to offer wire services to you online.

Can I make a loan payment through digital banking during the upgrade?

Loan payments from external accounts will be temporarily unavailable within digital banking from August 18 through August 25, 2026, while we transition to our new digital banking experience.

However, loan payments from an AdelFi (formerly CCCU) account are not impacted.

Will I be able to make loan payments from an AdelFi (formerly CCCU) account?

Yes. Members who make loan payments from an AdelFi (formerly CCCU) account are not impacted by this temporary interruption.

When can I make my loan payment from an external account through digital banking again?

You can make loan payments through your new digital banking platform beginning August 25, 2026.

What should I do if my loan payment is due between August 18 and August 25?

Please plan ahead and make your payment before August 18 to avoid a missed or late payment. Alternatively, you can wait until August 25 and make your payment through the new digital banking platform. Or call 800.347.2228 during the downtime to make the payment. Our agents are available 24/7 to assist you with your payment.

Will I be able to make loan payments from my account in the new digital banking experience?

Yes. Select the loan you want to pay, then select Pay. You’ll be able to choose the account you’d like to use as your payment method.

Can I make a loan payment using my debit card?

Yes. In the new digital banking experience, select Move Money and follow the prompts to make your loan payment using your debit card.

What happens if I don’t make my payment before August 18?

If your payment is due during the downtime, please call 800.347.2228 for assistance. Our agents are available 24/7.
