• Original Christian Community Credit Union ministry & business members.
• If you’re an original AdelFi member or onboarded with AdelFi recently, your current digital banking experience will stay the same.
Email communication will be sent to your organization if you are impacted by the change.

Key Dates & Important Information

Before Launch
Complete by August 19, 2026

  • Verify your contact information: Log in to your current Online or Mobile Banking and confirm your primary email address and phone number are up to date.
  • Save your login information: Make note of your username, member number and organization’s EIN/Tax ID.
  • Save important banking information: Review and save your ACH and wire settings, templates and recipients. Some information may not transfer to the new platform.

Transition Period
August 20-24, 2026

  • New external transfers will be unavailable. Existing external transfers established before August 20 will continue to process as scheduled.
  • QuickBooks & Quicken Users: If you use QuickBooks or Quicken to connect to your AdelFi accounts, please backup and download final transaction data by August 23. LEARN MORE ->

New Digital Banking Launches
August 25, 2026

  1. Log in to the new Digital Banking experience using your existing username.
  2. Have your organization’s EIN/Tax ID ready for your first login.
  3. Download the new AdelFi Christian Banking mobile app.
  4. Review your users, access permissions and account settings.
  5. Review ACH and wire information and recreate any templates or settings that did not transfer.
  6. Reconnect external accounts and recreate account nicknames.
  7. Re-enable alerts and biometric login.

Banking Services – What You Need to Do

External Transfers

Your existing external account links will not transfer automatically.

Starting 8/25/26

  • Reconnect your external accounts in the new Digital Banking experience.
  • Recreate any recurring external transfers.
  • Existing external transfers established before 8/20/26 will continue to process as scheduled.

Account Nicknames

Custom account nicknames created through the self-service tool will not transfer. After launch, recreate your account nicknames.

Quickbooks/Quicken

If you use QuickBooks or Quicken to connect to your AdelFi accounts, additional steps are required after the upgrade.

Wire Templates & ACH

Starting 8/25/26

  • Review your payment templates, recipients and limits.
  • Re-enter any information that did not transfer.
  • Wire payees will transfer, but wire templates will need to be recreated.

Bill Pay

Unavailable 8/25/26-9/2/26

  • Payments scheduled before 8/24/26, including future-dated and recurring payments, will process as scheduled. 
  • Bill Pay will become available 9/2/26.

Who is affected by the digital banking upgrade?

This upgrade applies to:

Why are you upgrading digital banking?

We’re upgrading our digital banking platform to provide a more modern, secure, and user-friendly experience with enhanced tools and improved functionality.

When is the upgrade happening?

Our upgraded digital banking experience will launch late August 2026.

Will my accounts or funds be affected?

No—your accounts will not be impacted. You can continue banking as usual.

Is the new platform secure?

Yes. Digital banking experience will remain secure.

Who is my primary point of contact for support during and after the conversion?

We’re here to support you! You can find answers in our FAQs and user guides, chat with Ezra—our 24/7 virtual assistant—or connect with a team member by phone or live chat Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Time.

What training or resources are available for my employees before go-live?

At launch, User Guides can be found on this digital banking update page as well as our Forms & Document page.

Do I need to download a new mobile app?

Yes. On launch day, download the new AdelFi Christian Banking mobile app.
Android: Download the app from Google Play.
Apple: Download the app if automatic app updates aren’t enabled.

Will my username/Login ID change?

No, you will convert with your existing username/login ID

What should I expect the first time I sign into Online or Mobile Banking?

On your first login, have your organization’s EIN/Tax ID available. After signing in, review your business users and access permissions, payment templates, recipients, limits, account information and settings. If any ACH or wire information did not transfer, you’ll need to re-enter it.

Will there still be separate login sections for consumer and corporate users?

No, everyone will access online banking from the same page

Will I lose access to cash management?

Yes, the way you access your account will change. Our updated digital banking platform will provide a better experience and more tools for your business. We’ll email you instructions before launch to help you sign in for the first time.

Can I still access my transaction history and statements?

You can access up to 18 months worth of transaction history and up to 2 years worth of statements.

Will sub users lose access to their existing profiles?

No, so long as your sub user has logged in the last 3 months they will be converted to the new system.

Can we approve transactions within online banking?

Yes, you will be able to approve transactions within desktop and mobile online banking.

Will I need to re-enable alerts, biometric login, or mobile wallet connections?

Yes, once you log in you will want to re-enable alerts and setup your biometric login (passcode/face ID).

Will I lose access to my bill pay?

Yes, temporarily. Bill Pay will not be available from 8/25/26 – 9/2/26 due to the transition to the new and improved digital banking experience. We appreciate your patience.

I setup bill pay payees, will I lose access to those?

No, we will be sure to carry your payees over. Please note that from 8/25/26-9/2/26, Bill Pay activity, new recipients, and payment edits will be temporarily unavailable.

I setup recurring bill payments, will those still process?

Yes, we will be converting your recurring payment series. Additional communication will be sent in the coming days as we get closer to launch.

I setup future dated bill payments, will those still process?

Yes, any schedule payments before 8/24/26, including any future-dated and recurring payment will continue to be processed.

I have recurring external transfers, will those continue to process?

No, you will need to setup your external accounts and recurring transfers in the new system.

Setting up new external transfers will not be available during the transition period beginning 8/20/26 – 8/24/26. However, any existing transfers established before 8/20/26 will continue to process as scheduled.

I have recurring transfers, will those continue to process?

Yes, we will be converting your recurring transfer series. Additional communication will be sent in the coming days as we get closer to launch.

I have wire templates setup, will I lose those?

Templates will need to be setup once more in the new system. However, we will convert your payees so that only the payment portion of your template needs to be created.

I can still submit wires online, right?

Yes, we will continue to offer wire services to you online.

Will my business’s ACH and wire templates transfer to the new platform?

Some ACH and wire settings, templates, recipients or other information may not transfer automatically.

Before the upgrade, review and save your current information. After launch, review your payment templates, recipients and limits and re-enter any information that did not transfer.

Will you offer Zelle® to businesses?

Yes. We’re working to make Zelle® available to our business members.

Where do I find Zelle® in the updated digital banking experience?

Once enrolled in the updated system, you can access Zelle® by selecting Move Money> Send Money with Zelle®
