As such, the myAdelFi.com site employs various technologies to ensure accessibility to the fullest extent. The site features an accessibility interface to enable persons with specific disabilities to adjust the website’s User Interface to accommodate their needs accordingly.

4. Responsibility for Website Content
4.1 Content Ownership: The Marketing and Communications Department is the primary owner of website content, ensuring it aligns with AdelFi’s mission, branding, and regulatory obligations.
4.2 Department Collaboration: Other AdelFi departments (e.g., Compliance, Member Services, Electronic Services, Operations, and IT) may contribute to website content to ensure technical accuracy, legal compliance, and service effectiveness.
4.3 Vendor Content: Content provided by third-party vendors (e.g., online banking platforms) must undergo a review to ensure consistency with AdelFi’s policies and standards.
If you use an authorized agent to submit a request to know information under CCPA, you must provide the agent a signed written permission which the agent will have to provide us in order to submit the request on your behalf. An agent’s failure to provide proof of authorization will result in a denial of the request.
5. Website Review & Approval Process
5.1 Content Updates:
- Proposed changes to the website from AdelFi department’s and/or third party vendors must be submitted to the Marketing Department via Contact Us form.
- Changes include, but are not limited to, new pages, modifications to existing pages, and removal of outdated content.
5.2 Review Process:
- Initial Review: The Marketing team conducts an initial review for content accuracy, branding alignment, and user experience.
- Compliance Review: All proposed changes must be reviewed by the Compliance Department to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Technical Review: The designated web developer and AdelFi IT Department evaluates changes for technical feasibility, security, and compatibility.
5.3 Final Approval: The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) or a designated approver must sign off on all website changes before implementation.
5.4 Frequency of Reviews: The entire website undergoes ongoing review to ensure compliance, accuracy, and relevance.
6. Change Implementation & Monitoring
6.1 Implementation: Approved changes must be implemented by authorized personnel or third-party vendors under the oversight of the Marketing Department.
6.2 Testing: Updates must be tested on staging environments before deployment to ensure functionality, accessibility, and performance.
6.3 Monitoring: The website will be continuously monitored for unauthorized changes, broken links, or outdated information. Any issues identified must be addressed promptly.
