- You’re automatically enrolled – You can opt out of this service when you receive your first fraud alert.
- You’ll receive a fraud alert when there’s a suspicious transaction on your card by phone, text (SMS number is 49447), or email (from [email protected]). It’ll be important to respond immediately with a simple “Yes” or “No.” Your responsiveness will help us stop further unauthorized transactions.
If you need to update your contact information, please contact us using “Secure Chat” or “Secure Email” within Online/Mobile Banking.
Note: AdelFi will never ask you for account information or your PIN in fraud alerts!
