Business administrators should review users, roles, permissions, ACH templates and payees, wire payees, transaction limits, Bill Pay, Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) access, and dual-control settings in the upgraded digital banking system. Complete this review before initiating high-risk transactions to help ensure access and settings are correct.
Yes. You’ll need to download the “AdelFi Christian Banking” mobile app as a separate app. Follow the prompt to upgrade your current app, then complete the required first-time sign-in or activation process to access the upgraded digital banking system.
Your existing username should transfer unless a duplicate username is identified. If you receive separate instructions, please follow them. Your current password will not transfer, so you’ll need to select Forgot Password to reset it the first time you log in.
Yes. Joint owners who currently have their own digital banking access will continue to have separate profiles after the conversion. Each joint owner can use their existing username and will need to reset their password the first time they log in.
Business and ministry members can continue using their existing username to sign in to the upgraded digital banking system unless they’ve been notified of a username change. Existing passwords will not transfer, so you’ll need to select Forgot Password during your first login to set up a new password and regain access. If you received separate instructions about a username change, use the new username provided.
Existing linked accounts are expected to transfer, so you should continue to see the accounts you’ve linked for transfers. Account nicknames are also expected to transfer. After conversion, please review your linked accounts and account names to make sure everything appears as expected. If anything is missing or displayed incorrectly, please contact us.
Custom alerts will need to be set up again after the conversion. Automatically provided security alerts will continue to be available.

You won’t be able to access your credit card information through online banking from October 30 through November 8, 2026. Beginning November 9, 2026, you can access your credit card through the Credit Card Access link in the upgraded digital banking system or by using the Credit Card Only Login on the AdelFi website. Your credit cards will also appear on the Accounts page. Please note that automatic payments set up through EZ Card will not transfer, so you’ll need to set them up again in the new credit card experience.
No. Your existing debit card will continue to work without interruption. If your debit card was set to expire at the end of November 2026, a replacement card was mailed early beginning October 1, 2026, and should arrive before the conversion. Beginning November 2, 2026, your debit card will earn one CURewards point for every $2 spent.
Business ACH templates are expected to transfer, and future-dated ACH and wire payments are expected to be supported. However, recurring Business ACH schedules will not continue as recurring schedules after conversion. Only a single occurrence can be converted, so you’ll need to reestablish any recurring schedules you want to continue.
