(a)  No minimum balance required after required $100 opening deposit. Higher-yield APY will be paid on maximum balance of $5,000. Balances in excess of $5,000 will earn the lower dividend rate of 0.05%. (b) Qualification criteria for higher APY: 1) You must register for e-statements 2) Have an active online banking 3) Have an activated AdelFi debit card associated to your Harvest Checking account or AdelFi credit card AND 4) $500 in accumulated deposits during the month. Transfers must be external and cannot be from another AdelFi account. (c) Applies to Visa debit signature-based transactions.
Membership Eligibility is required. New and converted accounts will receive the higher APY for at least the first dividend cycle. After that, if you do not meet all of the qualification criteria, the account will earn the lower dividend rate 0.05%. Fees may reduce earnings. Limit: One Harvest Checking account per Member.

2. High-Yield Money Market Account: 1APY = Annual Percentage Yield. APYs are accurate as of 09/10/2026 and are subject to change without notice. A minimum opening deposit of $1,000 in new money and a minimum daily balance of $1,000 are required to earn the advertised APY.

Balances from $1,000 through $100,000 earn a dividend rate of 3.923%, resulting in an APY of 4.00%. Only the portion of a balance exceeding $100,000 earns the AdelFi Savings Account dividend rate, currently 0.10%, resulting in a blended APY for the total account balance. For balances over $100,000, the APY will range contingent on the account balance.

Dividend rates and APYs are variable and may change after the account is opened. Dividends are compounded daily and credited monthly. Fees may reduce earnings.

The High-Yield Money Market Account is available to new and existing AdelFi members who meet the following requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must open a new High-Yield Money Market Account with a minimum opening deposit of $1,000.
• Funds deposited into the account must be new money.†
• Limit one High-Yield Money Market Account per member.
• Six withdrawals are permitted each month without a withdrawal fee. A $6 fee will be assessed for each withdrawal exceeding six during the month.

AdelFi may discontinue offering the High-Yield Money Market Account to new applicants at any time. Discontinuing the account for new applicants will not automatically close or convert accounts previously opened under these terms.
New money means money that is not presently on deposit at AdelFi Credit Union. For existing members, new money is defined as deposits posted to an AdelFi account within the preceding 30 days. AdelFi Credit Union will determine whether deposited funds satisfy the new-money requirement.

A new or existing AdelFi member who opens a new High-Yield Money Market Account and satisfies the requirements below can earn an APY of 4.00% on balances from $1,000 through $100,000. Only the portion of a balance exceeding $100,000 earns the AdelFi Savings Account dividend rate, currently 0.10%, resulting in a blended APY for the total account balance.

1. Account Availability: The High-Yield Money Market Account is available to new and existing AdelFi members beginning 09/10/2026. AdelFi may discontinue accepting applications for this account at any time. Discontinuing the account for new applicants will not automatically close or convert accounts previously opened under these terms.

2. Account Holder Requirements: To qualify for the High-Yield Money Market Account, the member must:

  1. Be at least 18 years old;
  2. Open a new High-Yield Money Market Account;
  3. Make a minimum opening deposit of $1,000 in new money;
  4. Agree to these terms and conditions; and
  5. Maintain no more than one High-Yield Money Market Account per member.

3. New-Money Requirement: New money means money that is not presently on deposit at AdelFi Credit Union. For existing members, new money is defined as deposits posted to an AdelFi account within the preceding 30 days.
Money withdrawn from AdelFi and redeposited for the purpose of satisfying the new-money requirement does not qualify as new money. AdelFi may review external deposits, account balances, ownership relationships, and other relevant account activity when determining whether funds satisfy this requirement.

4. Dividend Rate, APY and Balance Tiers: APY means Annual Percentage Yield. APYs are accurate as of 09/10/2026.

A minimum daily balance of $1,000 is required to earn the advertised APY. Balances from $1,000 through $100,000 earn a dividend rate of 3.923%, resulting in an APY of 4.00%.

Only the portion of a balance exceeding $100,000 earns the AdelFi Savings Account dividend rate, currently 0.10%. Because different rates apply to portions of the account balance, balances over $100,000 earn a blended APY. The APY for balances over $100,000 will range from 0.10%4.00%, depending on the total account balance.

Dividend rates and APYs are variable and may change after the account is opened.

5. Payment of Dividends: APY reflects the total amount of dividends paid on the account based on the dividend rate and frequency of compounding over a 365-day period. Dividends are compounded daily and credited monthly. Withdrawals and fees may reduce earnings.

6. Fees and Transaction Limitations: The High-Yield Money Market Account does not have a monthly maintenance fee.

Six withdrawals are permitted each month without a withdrawal fee. A $6 fee will be assessed for each withdrawal exceeding six during the month.

7. Tax Reporting: AdelFi will report dividends as required by applicable tax law. Any taxes associated with dividends earned on the account are the responsibility of the member.

8. Failure to Satisfy Account Requirements: AdelFi reserves the right to determine whether the eligibility and new-money requirements have been satisfied. If AdelFi determines that an account was opened or funded through fraud, misuse of the account, or an attempt to circumvent the new-money requirement, AdelFi may restrict the account, close the account, or change the account type as permitted by the account agreement and applicable law.

9. Additional Account Disclosures: Except as specifically stated in these terms, the account is governed by AdelFi’s Membership and Account Agreement, Truth in Savings Disclosure, Rate Schedule, Fee Schedule, and other applicable account agreements.


3. Welcome Certificate: *APY= Annual Percentage Yield (APY). APYs are accurate as of 09/10/2026 and are subject to change without notice.
At maturity, the certificate will renew into a 12-month Term Share Certificate at the prevailing rate. A penalty will be imposed on early withdrawals from this Certificate. IRA not available for Welcome Certificate.  $500 minimum; $250,000 maximum.  Annual Percentage Yield assumes that dividends remain in the account until maturity. A withdrawal will reduce earnings. No additional deposits can be made during the term of the Share Certificate. Rates, terms and conditions are solely within the discretion of the Board of Directors. We may limit the amount you may invest in one or more accounts to a total of $1,000,000.  
‡New money is money that is not presently on deposit at AdelFi. Existing AdelFi Members:  New money is defined as deposits posted to your AdelFi account within the past 30 days.  The Credit Union reserves the right to make the sole judgment as to whether or not the deposited funds are considered new money.
