The Kingdom Builder Account enables you to earn an exceptional above market rate while also supporting your ministry’s cause of choice. Your return will be the featured rate on this landing page. At the end of each month, AdelFi will make an additional donation to your ministry’s cause based upon the collective funds in the Kingdom Builder Savings account from all church/ministry members that is above and beyond the earnings you make on your individual account. In other words, the more collective deposits in the Kingdom Builder Savings account, the more funds get donated for your church/ministry’s cause.
There is no limit to your investment. Upon initial opening of the account, there is a $100 minimum to open and an initial deposit maximum of $52,500. Additional deposits can be made after account opening with no limits.
The rate for the Kingdom Builder Savings Account is not locked and is subject to change. AdelFi will always strive to provide the most competitive rates possible.
When you click on “Apply Now” from this landing page, you will be directed to a “Special Accounts” pop-up that will prompt you to:
- Click on the “+” sign to add yourself as an applicant
- Checkmark the box next to: “This is my role” and complete the form with your name and last name. You will also have the opportunity to add a “Joint Applicant”

The Kingdom Builder Savings account is the best account to maximize donations that go directly back to your church or ministry on an ongoing basis. However, we do also make a one-time donation to your church or ministry for accounts for other accounts opened, such as our Checking or Cash back rewards credit card. While opening these accounts generate a one-time donation, the Kingdom Builder Savings account is an ongoing donation based upon the monthly total deposit balance from your church or ministry community.

1. Kingdom Builder Savings: *APY = Annual Percentage Yield. APYs are accurate as of 06/06/2026 and are subject to change without notice. Fees may reduce earnings. $100 minimum to open. There is a $5.00 monthly service fee if the balance falls below $100.00. No fee for Custodian Accounts under age 18. ‡New money is money that is not presently on deposit at AdelFi. Existing AdelFi Members: New money is defined as deposits posted to your AdelFi account within the past 30 days. The Credit Union reserves the right to make the sole judgment as to whether or not the deposited funds are considered new money.

(1) No minimum balance required after required $100 opening deposit. Higher-yield APY will be paid on maximum balance of $5,000. Balances in excess of $5,000 will earn the lower dividend rate of 0.05%.
(2) Qualification criteria for higher APY: 1) You must register for e-statements 2) Have an active online banking 3) Have an activated AdelFi (AdelFi) debit card and a AdelFi credit card AND 4) $500 in accumulated deposits during the month.

Eligibility to apply for the Visa Signature and World MasterCard is based on your affiliation with a qualifying Christian church, ministry, or school.
**Your points donation will not be tax-deductible, as it is the Credit Union who is giving directly to the ministry.
‡ CURewards: Receive up to 20,000 bonus points on purchases:10,000 when you’re approved and up to 10,000 more with double points for the first six months on any purchase (a $200 value). After the first six months, double points only apply to donations to churches, many ministries, and charitable organizations with IRS Merchant Category Code 8661 and 8398 and are subject to change without notice. Points earned will be credited to your account each month, will accrue over five calendar years and expire on a first-in-first-out basis annually. Points earned in calendar year one will expire as of the last day of calendar year five.
