Before the first login, please determine who is the designated Business Administrator. The first person to successfully log in will become the Business Administrator.

After your first login, we recommend that administrators:

• Access Business Digital Banking: Log in using the new Business Digital Banking login process.
• Verify Your Identity: Follow the prompts to verify your identity using your email address and mobile number. You may be asked to verify your identity using your business EIN/Tax ID.
• Accept the Digital Banking Agreement: As the Business Administrator, accept the Digital Banking Agreement on behalf of your organization.
• Set Up Sub-Users: After you log in, review your organization’s access and create individual sub-users as needed.
